Re: candida or leaky gut?

I too have the white stuff in my BM's (assume it's yeast), but from Primal Defense. I had to quit it though, the worst die-off I thought I could have. Almost bed ridden for 4 days and I still don't feel great. I was thinking about trying Threelac - any die-off symptoms? Thanks. Tweet
