Re: Which should I take???

I haven't tried threelac. I can't afford it with everything i have going on.
I went to a Dr. yesterday that zapped my pretty good, enough to rid of some parasites. I think there is and absolute correlation in having parasites (that weaken immuniuty) and candida overgrowth. I now believe that a parasite clease is more important than the heavy metal clease. I am under the impression that while chelating the metals with cilantro(etc) the chelated metals while residing the the intestines waiting to be excreted in the feces will get stolen by the parasites and feed them. Furthering the parasite proliferation. I think parasites have the body running in circles, not able to properly de-toxify many things. I am of the belief now that getting rid of parasites should be the first priority. Don't make the mistake i have of being TOO driven, motivated to kill off the overgrowth. I need to slow down with all the cleanses for a while, keep eating the diet that is working for me and slowly ramp up on olive leaf extract to keep the candida in check.

Read the second to last paragraph:

The Dr. I saw yesterday gave me invaluable advise on how often to take some supplements. I guess i have been taking too much and not letting myself heal.
Also i am not getting enough calcium and a few other necessities. Which when I start taking I will imesureably help my body to heal itself.

Hulda Clark has a good kit that contains Parasite, liver, kidney cleanses. Not too bad of a price. Although i heard there are people with great cleansing results from doing a lemonaid or apple diet for a few days.

Also interesting: this has cleared up my skin very well. MESSY!
