Thank you for your answer. I think I need to clarify my question, though your reply contained many answers for me.
I was refering the situation which you presented in your book on page 116 in the electronic version of "Freedom from Judgement". You show through the example of a debate with one's mother-in-law that when she start to blame you instead of pushing back or starting to defend yourself one ought to say "Yes I am guilty of everithing you have ever told me". In matter of fact my question was should we go further than taking responsibility verbally? For example when she is demanding actions or money after we have taken the responsibility do one has to act according to her demands?
