Re: the power of words

I agree with this assessment. Words have become "the script" instead of "the account". If unbalanced and unchecked, one more veil, a deepening of the illusion. There is a connection from inner world to outer world through a tool set of "words". Verbal language is but one of many connections from the internal world to the outside world ,but potentially the most dangerous due to many biases. This connection also facilitates the programming from the outer world into the inner world as well. Uncchecked and unbalanced, this can easily run a status quo script as well as other distortive scripts. One just has to recognize this in order to change it. Empowerment comes from balancing and controlling the writing of our scripts. Are we in control of our own destiny or do we allow ourselves to be victims of chaotic brain speak?

What does it all mean. I'm so confused. Perhaps its the language. Shhhhhhhhhhhh.

Sometimes silence is appropriate.

The Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming shines much light on these concepts. But, of course, it is a "flashlight" that illuminates through the use of language and therefore must be inherently suspect.
