I highly recommend Norton anti virus software. I have caught many a virus by email and by doing my weekly scanning.
When you post your email to the net, you run the risk of having it picked up and used by spammers and worse yet, people on the hunt to infect computers with a virus. Take precautions. Get a "computer condom" and practice "safe file sharing". Tweet
