herbs for babies

Has anyone heard of any treatment for club feet and hands in a 4 month old baby? She has been wearing splints which have helped her hands quite a bit. There is little movement in the limbs. I've heard of a product called BF&C (bone flesh and cartilidge).White Oak Bark, Lungwort, Slippery Elm bark, Marshmallow root, Mullein leaf, Wormwood , Lobelia, Scullcap, Plantain, Gravel Root and Aloe Vera Gel 100:1. Historical usage: The bone, flesh, and cartilage formula has done wonders in restoring flesh and internal healing of bones and cartilage. Available in many of its forms, capsules, syrup, tea and topically in a ointment. This formula has done miraculous things with broken backs, legs, hips, etc. It has also been used on curvature of the spine, polio, multiple sclerosis, and muscular dystrophy, stroke and Arthritis of the bone. Complete Tissue Formula is a "power house" and has been used on (and restored to health) cancer of the spine, Arthritis and polio, and has helped rebuild torn cartilage and sinews, fractures, etc.

Are there any herbalists out there or anyone that knows if these herbs are safe for a four month old to use as a compress and perhaps a very diluted tea?
