Re: Apple Fast Detox....after MC? or before?

I am planning to start the Master-Cleanse on Monday, am hoping to go for 10 days hopefully, I have made it 3 days before.....would it best to try it this way or start with an apple fast? hmmmmmm....now look, I went & got myself all confused as to which order I should do? hahaha

Okay, I would like to do a complete cleanse of everything & then go to a more raw diet after I am done....I was thinking of bowel cleanse/MC, and I really need a parasite cleanse too, want to do a liver flush/cleanse as well (which I am assuming the liver one comes last?). What order is best to do these in that is the safest & gives the best results?

My body is riddled in toxins...& I do drink A LOT of caffeine that I would like to rid my body of as well. On Tuesday I am coming up to 3 months of not smoking, so I would like to get the leftover nicotine & toxins etc, that would still be lingering in my body out, that's why I would like to do the apple fast, also for alcohol in my system.

I am also wondering about the b&p's....last time I did the Master-Cleanse I didn't do those....I will keep looking around the site for info, I have a few days, but I would like to go shopping & pick up everything that I will need for these....:o)
