I agree with the free range chicken and open water fishies too...I doubt if i can be sure if all of the seafood is open water fishies though. I am a bachelor and eat out quite a bit.
I am o going to try the 80% vegie 20% Fishy & White meat diet...
I am probably about 60% Seafood 10% other Meat and only 30% vegies...I eat a salad as my only meal 4 or 5 times a week...that is usually when I get the chicken leg attack...If I want to get serious about it...I could start working my way down to Cayce's formula...I have been a 34 waist for 10 years ...I bet I could get this extra inch of if I cayce'd my diet.... ty for caring and I love this cayce post..... : )
