Anyway...remember that it's 20% made up of good meats, whole grains, cheese (if you can tolerate it) and all those other acid-forming foods. And 80% fruits, veggies and some nuts.
It sounds like a perfectly healthy Diet to me and I bet you could lose that extra inch around the waist if you do this (and, of course, cut out the 'white' food - pasta, white bread, sugar) and do a little exercise, too!
