Hi Rudenski!

(do you have polish background or is that just a nickname? I have been to Krakow...)

Anyway...remember that it's 20% made up of good meats, whole grains, cheese (if you can tolerate it) and all those other acid-forming foods. And 80% fruits, veggies and some nuts.

It sounds like a perfectly healthy Diet to me and I bet you could lose that extra inch around the waist if you do this (and, of course, cut out the 'white' food - pasta, white bread, sugar) and do a little exercise, too!

Hoping you have a bm at least once a day too...Did you read the post below 'R' that is about Assimilation, Elimination etc etc? It's a great post - info by Cayce. Perfect!

Hope to hear you're losing that inch you want and feeling good! (that fried chicken leg doesn't reeeeally make you feel good so simply remember that!)

I love this Cayce forum too...I want to put together some more tips of his...soon....
