Hmmm. Apple cider vinegar is a more natural vinegar (I don't mean the kind in the grocery store) The best is the kind that has "mother" left in. The "mother" is like a sediment and is formed by the pectin in the apples, it contains healing enzymes and minerals. So make sure the vinegar is not pasturized or filtered.
Apple cider vinegar can draw out toxins and bacteria from the body, it is a natural germ, fungus and yeast fighter. It is good to be used internally as well as externally on infection and skin conditions.
There is an Apple Cider Vinegar forum, I would suggest you visit there to find out more.
Other fungus fighters are: tea tree oil, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Colloidal Silver , Elderberry, Echinacea, Goldenseal and many more
