I honestly haven't changed my diet since the surgery. I try to, but it's hard. I have a hard time with over eating. What kinds of foods should I be eating as a person with no gallbladder? Just the same low-fat diet that everyone is encouraged to eat, or are there certain foods that trigger stones? I'm just wondering because I want to treat my body with extra care now that I don't have my gallbladder so I won't have future problems.
