I'm not sure what measurement a "cup" is. Is it 1/2 pint? I take 1/4 pint OO (Olive-Oil) mixed with just over 1/4 pint grapefruit juice as this is the amount I understand Dr C means (but I could be wrong). I have had 3 very successful flushes using this amount.
