I see... Should I try a different cleanse? It says on the bottle of #1 not to use with diarrhea or abdominal pain. Both of which I have atleat once a week. It isn't severe but I am afraid this cleanse would make it worse. (Thanks for my questions on both forums- here and on liver flush- I'm jumping around all over!)
