Re: Kidney cleanse

I think the main reason Shultz has his patients do the liver cleanse first is so that if they have a clogged up liver (which most people do in America...) and their blood is sludge that it will not clog the kidneys right back up again. If you have already done the liver cleanse (how recently?) go ahead and do the kidney cleanse after the colon cleanse. I would just recommend following with the liver cleanse pretty soon so your kidneys stay in tip top shape. :) As to organic, it would be great, but if you can not find/afford it, just buy some fresh produce at the supermarket. Wash with some hydrogen peroxide on what you can, but only shortly before you plan to use it as the hyrodgen removes wax, ect. that makes the fruits and vegatables last longer. But it also removes pestisides, e coli, staph, and other bactarial organisms, so it is great to use. I have some of that vegatable wash you buy at the grocery store, but it doesn't remove e coli, ect, which is becoming more prominent in our produce (especially the lettuce) Anyway...any washing is better than nothing :) Just my two cents...:) Peace out, Caitlin Lorraine
