Thanks for that explanation! To be honest, I was thinking of a suppository to "clean" additionally, (in addition to the parasite and B&P cleanse) and I thought it might be less uncomfortable than an enema with a bag. The only time I've done an enema with a bag was when I was preparing for a barium enema, and I was so sore I swore I wouldn't do it again!

I'll go check out that site you mentioned, it would be great to get some detail on what is good, etc.
