How do you know you passed parasites?

I'm just about ready to do a liver cleanse. I've been doing the parasite cleanse for about 2 weeks now. I have heard that you shouldn't expect to pass any parasites until you do the liver cleanse. How will I know? Will I be able to tell just by looking and what DO they look like?
