Re: Important: Enaly Ozonator UPDATE!!!

Please do not be misinformed on this test. The manufacture has rated their ozonator correctly at 200-300 mg/Hr on pure oxygen feed. Using a pure oxygen feed is the correct way to rate an ozone tube since one is in complete control of the input gas and therefore can get a reliable output rating. Any ozonator rated on pure oxygen feed will be 4-5 times less when rated on ambient air feed. That accounts perfectly for a measured 59.4 mg/Hr on ambient air.

Furthermore, the manufacturer states on their website that their air-feed ozonators should not be used for water ozonation, and instead should be fed with pure ozygen. This is totally true and responsible. When trying to ozonate olive oil, one should ALWAYS use a pure oxygen fed ozonator!! I am confident that the 59.4mg/Hr output of the Enaly ozonators will produce ozonated olive oil. However, for ultimate purity one shoud always use an oxygen-fed ozonator in the first place.

Enaly also has specific ozonators for feeding in pure oxygen for these types of purposes.

Remember, most manufacturers have their ozone tubes rated based on pure oxygen feed. This is the correcy way to rate an ozone tube! Since ambient air contains hundreds of contaminants, one cannot get a reliable ozone rating this way.

The testing of the Enaly unit was done to compare ozone outputs to another air-fed ozonator. Apples-to-apples testing. Please do not take out of context.

I will add that Den at Ozone Services said to me that for the money, the Enaly ozonator was one of the BEST designed units in quality. Enaly makes a fine ozonator with exceptional quality. Their ozonators are are best-buy. At $49.95 their ozonators cannot be equalled in quality and reliability. Enaly has brought ozonation to a level that allows anyone to benefit fron ozone. Price is no longer a barrier. Enaly should be praised for their contribution to the ozone market.
