When I first got my h2o2 in the mail, I started drinking a couple of drops in water, but I only did it for a couple of days. Then I decided to switch to h2o2 enemas to hopefully get some oxygen into my body that way. I am still searching for the best way, and I have ordered the book "Flood Your Body with Oxygen" although I am still waiting for it to arrive. After I read that, I will know what I don't know now, hopefully.
I have had several more h2o2 enemas since I posted, but I have also been taking wheatgrass "shakes" and I have noticed that I do not have the stringy stuff coming out anymore. I wonder if the wheatgrass has eradicated my candida??? Hmmm... I do know that since taking the wheatgrass shakes, I no longer have constipation for the first time in my life, but I also include ground flax seeds in the mix. It's wonderful. For the first time in many years, I am not dependent on enemas to have an easy bowel movement.
