Today is my very first day. I feel fine, but I do feel pressure in my lower abdomen.

I tried the master cleanse, but it kept making me very ill. I think I am very toxic, as I have been taking Antibiotics and steroids for a bad sinus infection. I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!! I hope and pray this makes me feel better. my bloating is indescribable, as in some days my pants are loose and other days, I can't button them. It's scary. I hope if I have parasites, this is what knocks them out.
