"Movements aplenty" is a good thing. I think it is best if you increase the psyllium gradually, so you may have accidently done it right. The body does better if you make changes more gradually. Move to 2 tsp for a day or two then to a full Tbsp. Did you start out at the full dose of bentonite? If not, step that up gradually as well. Don't rush things -- gradual adjustments are more likely to become lifelong habits.
SWF would be best tried one Saturday morning. You'll find out how quickly you react to it. My first dose took an hour for my first whoosh and frequent whooshes for another hour or so till it calmed down. I was ok to get to the toilet within a few minutes of the urge, but you should try it in privacy till you know how you're affected. SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) when fasting is quicker acting than when you're eating.
I encourage you to rethink your goals. Is expelling mucoid plaque and ropes reall more important than quality of life, energy and improvements to health?
