You sound just like me. My mother died of Breast Cancer in 1997 and since then I have also struggled with the same issues. Also, I seem to be majorly addicted to sugar...I am trying to change many things. This coming week I am doing a juice fast with the blessed herbs cleanse and feel it will make a big difference in my life...I need many changes in my life...you can do it, congratulations on taking control of your health.
