Personally, I found kefir is very good but you have to grow your own. If you cannot get hold this, I recommend you Ultimate Probiotic by Nature's Secret. I am not sure where you live, but I got mine from http://www.total-cure.com. Do search around and i am sure other people here will give you some recommendation.
