The coffee enema stimulates the liver - hence the stimulated feeling. I am not sure how much of the caffeine gets into the blood stream, but I suspect some must. I would just make sure to do a pure water enema, after the coffee enema. Also, if you use coffee enemas often, and also Liver Flush frequently, you need to make sure that you are replacing the mineral salts that you are flushing away in your bile.
