My "shake" this morning was MUCH better, could hardly taste the green stuff.
I rarely measure anything:
fresh apple juice, distilled water
plain yogurt (maybe .5c)
.25c flax meal
some frozen berries (black, blue, and rasp.) about .5c
one scoop vanilla protein powder (.25c)
2 "pumps" davinci's s/f strawberry syrup
it was really good!
but - even though the cost is much higher... i plan on getting the "caps" as it will make it easier to take if i'm on vacation, or on the road somewhere.
