I have a question about Oxypowder . I hear everyone say how great it is, and it keeps them regular. But I wonder, is it something people usually continue to use for maintenance? Isn't the goal to get cleansed, but then be able to maintain regularity with diet alone?
I am not understanding why people try to shy away from dependence on laxatives and yet are ready to take a maintenance dose of Oxypowder .
I have been thinking of trying the Oxypowder , but I am a little uneasy because of this particular question...
Any opinions would be appreciated.
