But I have read negative reviews about Physillum and Bentonite as well. Physillum can dehydrate the colon and be very habit forming.
And Bentonite can hamper the normal absorption of foods by our bodies. I cant figure out where I read that, but for some reason I kind of like to stay away from Physillum.
People have been reporting good results with ox-powder. So its worth a try. After all its MgO and our body need Mg and oxygen.
for some reason, I am scared to try all the herbs. Because herbs can be very powerful and can have negative side effects.
