worms after enema please read

hi there

ive started doing apple cider vinegar enemas and every time i do them im getting out some white beige stuff sometimes alot and sometimes just kind of transparent floating looking stuff. Yesterday alot of white came out with bits of red and a light pink tinge to the water. This morning after I started threelac which was yesterday I got a big chunk out plus a long white thread that was coiled and on the end it turned black. Is that candida or is that a worm? i havent seen the candida so ""formed like a coil, it looked just like a snake coiled up but thinner obviously! Anyway since I started the acv and ive been getting out lots of stuff but still have a lot of bloat and gas and my tongue is still white Anyone have any ideas of what ive described might be?
