Magnesium Malate one 3 x a day and Flax Oil one 3 x a day should help you immensely. Do this for 6 weeks and then taper off slowly down to one per day of the Magnesium Malate...can always stay on the flax oil...great Omega oil. Try Coral Calcium for the acid reflux...one 2 to 3 x per day. The Malate and the Flax oil should get your bowels moving...and if they need a little extra help eat some apple sauce or drink apple juice for a few days...may give you diarrhea...but sounds like you need to get moving. The muscle pain can be the toxins in your muscles...the magnesium malate and flax oil...and the coral calcium should also help relieve that. Good luck!
