Re: White stringy worms in bowel movement

A few years ago when I did my first Bowel Cleanses something came out that looked like white stringy dry weeds. I did not relate it to parasites at the time but I remember thinking that I didn't remember eating in weeds. At that time the main goal was to get out the old stuff in the colon. I didn't even know about parasites then. I was not taking a separate parasite cleanse at the time. I guess the cleanse had parasite herbs in them. I believe it was Perfect 7. Though I remember at the time I was taking a lot of herbs so I don't know which one did the trick.

What parasite pills/herbs did you take to make the parasite come out so quickly?
