Hello,
If the parasites you saw were whitish then they are ascaris, and that is great that they are out of you! I totally understand the horribe surprise you felt when you saw them, that is how I felt the first few times. Now I try to figure out what got them out and how to get more out of me.
Yes, I have tried the Clarkia and still do it at times. I have done the CoQ10 4 or 5 times in high doses and did not have the luck that I have with L-cysteine or bee propolis. I have done the mop-up with the ozonated olive oil 3 times, the last time was the longest I stayed on it for 2 weeks, kinda gags me so it is hard for me to stay on it for more than a few days, and again I did not have the same luck. I noticed I have the best luck with just taking the L-Cysteine or bee propolis along with the tea tree enema (when I feel the movement in my rectum). I have also tried the oregano oil and raw pumpkin seeds ground up and got out many light tan parasites but not ascaris.
The next full moon is this Monday night, I am taking Hanna Kroeger's Wormwood combo pills(4 morning and night) and L-cysteine(6 morning and night), I started last night, the dancing is slight in my rectum, I will wait until it is stronger and do a tea tree enema.
Thank you for sharing what helps you, we just have to keep trying different things and see what works for us and what we can handle.
I do different herbs each full moon, but always take some form of Black-Walnut , clove and Wormwood .
Take care and happy cleansing...heyjude
