hey there, don't know much about diuretic pills(nothing in fact) but i do know that after starting the para-cleansing i have been having problems either getting to sleep or staying asleep. the only advice i can pass on is to not take the parasite cleanser that you use close to bedtime. i typically take my last dose right before dinner. if i take any later than that i have a hard time falling asleep but sometimes it just doesn't matter. it seems that maybe loss of sleep is just par for the course. i'd be curious if anyone else has the same problem. you hang in there though. you're on the right track. icky Tweet
