The dirt cheapest is the following- They are effective when taken faithfully, and also when you do not follow the popular Western diet of junkfoods, but eat only natural foods that will maintain a proper ph balance that parasites hate:
parasites love Sugar laden junk foods and chemical laden fast foods so common in America and western cultures- so while you are taking these things to rid yourself of worms-- do not follow the typical American diet. Eat natural fruits and vegetables native to your area-- The American diet may be so tempting and tasty, but it isnt the greatest for your immune system to fight parasites.
1- Lemon seeds chewed and swallowed throughout the day for 2 week intervals
2. Papaya seeds chewed and swallowed. Also Papaya, itself, has rich enzymes that balance your body's ph balance- as well as aggravate parasites.

5. a Clove of garlic taken daily-- raw if possible, and chopped up and eaten. Garlic is very bitter, but practically any worm hates it-- all bugs actually hate garlic, and it is used in gardens many times to rid bugs.
6. Raw Pumpkin seeds. They sell raw dried pumpkin seeds in bulk in America. That is also good. Tapeworm hate raw pumpkin seeds.
7. Pomegrantes. Cut up a pomegrante and eat all of it daily.
