Another thing to consider: Couples Therapy. There's no doubt that detox is hard on relationships, but if there were issues before detox (and when are there not?), you guys might get a lot out of working with a couples counselor. (That's what I do for a living.) Relationship skills are very tricky, most of us had little positive modeling as we grew up. I've seen couples progress dramatically in their ability to support each other and get what they need. It might be the best thing you ever did for your relationship. Good luck!
