If you were going to combine ParaGONE with a drug (mebendazole or pyrantel), how would you go about it?

My family is on day three of ParaGONE and we have an appointment with our doc on what will be day 14. I can't see her before then for irrelevant reasons. Although if it were just me I would probably wait out the herbs, we are talking about my 2-1/2 year old and a ~10" live ascaria that I pulled out of her. I want to blast those suckers to Hades, and I want my baby girl free of them.

So...how would you arrange the timing of the drug? I read something somewhere that said not to do the drugs and herbs at the same time. ParaGONE is 15 days on, 5 days off, 15 days on, etc. If we take the drug during the rest period would that make sense? Any insight appreciated.

Also if anyone can tell me why one of those drugs - mebendazole or pyrantel - is better than the other, I would be grateful. I think one stuns the worms and the other actually kills them. I have little info on these and want to make an informed decision. Thanks.
