Thanks to everyone that replied. I have been working on the environment and seeing a homeo doctor since Jack was born. We always make a bit of progress but nothing significant. We do flaxseed oil, probiotics, and a vit/min daily and our diet is primarily whole foods (nothing processed) and meats (clean).
I had been told about the Sugar from our allergist and I am going to remove the little that is in our diet. Since Jack is allergic to dairy and egg - we have never had a lot of the Sugar items out there to begin with. Still...we do have snacks, honey, and maple syrup. Uggghh. Not sure if I need to remove the honey and maple syrup - since they are not a refined white Sugar - thoughts?? Probably better...
