Third Up - PH body balance


Your body requires an alkaline balance to function properly. Eating in an alkaline manner will help. Get some ph strips from the health food store and check your urinary PH.

Don't be thrown off by confusion with things like "can I eat acidic foods?" An orange will create potash in your system, making a seemingly acid food actually an alkaline food.

A stomach with too little acid is not a sign of being alkaline. If you were functioning in alkalinity, your stomach acid would still be acid, and a vagina will still be more acidic. These are the way that they are meant to be.

As a vegan it is also possible to be TOO alkaline. Then your body isn't even breaking some things down at all.

Consider this. If your body is too acidic, and your food is getting through your system to your lower bowels without having dealt with the waste products of energy production, or only partically dealing with them, you are pooping out acid. You are pooping out waste that is still in the halfway state of being dealt with. Waste that is supposed to have more things happen to it before it comes out. These foods/wastes/partially digested products are getting to the lower bowel, and perhaps your lower bowel is thinned out in protest. The small openings in the intestines / bowels are letting particles out and your body is "venting" them locally - ie, into the skin and mucous membranes near your lower bowel.

That your anus might be complaining about this isn't surprising. :>
