Colonix "breakthrough"
I've been on the Colonix program since March 5. I've been moderately happy it. It fits into my schedule well, fiber tastes good (for fiber), morning bowel movements are comfortable not crampy and awful. Well, I just wasn't having the results I thought I should be having. Until yesterday...
I went like I normally do in the morning. I drank almost a gallon of water during the day. But by the end of the day, I had this AWFUL pain just under my stomach that would not go away. And I kept getting more and more bloated and now I had a headache on top of it. When I got home from work, I gave myself an enema hoping that would relieve me. Nothing. About 30 minutes later, I had an urgency to go. OMG. I expelled a pile of I don't know WHAT that I had to investigate.
It turned out to be about 6 long ropes that were about a half
inch to an
inch wide and at least 10 or 12
inches long. I couldn't even flush the toilet. I just stared in amazement. I wanted to take a picture, but who would I show it to? LOL
I'm new to all this. Was it mucous? Worms? I thought it might be MP, but isn't that hard and dark?
Thanks,
Jillie
