Wormie, what type of parasite cleanse were you using? Was it the Hulda Clark parasite Cleanse or the Paragone?

I'm using the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse and for the first couple of days I did see a lot of dying stuff going out. And I did have the pain in both sides of my intestine. One in my colon and the last near the curving near the exit. I think it could just be something trying to hang on. But then after a while of expeling short long white worms, I just flushed without looking for a while, so I'm not sure I expelled them.
