whoever it is that markets Clarkia chose the name wisely. It has nothing to do with Hulda Clark at all, except maybe that's the recipe was promulgated by her. She actually suggests that taking the herbs separately is much better. Her protocol calls for 2 teaspoons of Black-Walnut earlier in the day before meal, Wormwood in the evening before dinner and cloves three times a day with each meal. I find this much better than the Clarkia method. Im' bad with capsules, so I just get three separate tinctures, or sometimes I get the cloves themselves (only non-irradiated, organic ones from health food shop) and grind them myself.
Clarkia works but this is a better way I think.
