Hi Coq, Just do colon cleansings. They are done in a professional office and take about 45 minutes. Depending on how much stuff you have, expect to have 3-10 treatments. Its not really as unpleasant as you might imagine. I've had great health benefits from them as have others who I know. I reccomend them highly.
