Wow! This was a year ago! So sorry I didn't respond. I didn't get the darn email. (or didn't see it.) If you're still interested the coconut works so great that I've nearly fully recovered my health with:
coconut oil: start with 1 teaspoon daily working up to 3 teaspoons daily then slowly up to 3 tablespoons daily.
diet: Complete diet: Meat, meat fat, butter and cabbage, brocolli, coliflower, onions, garlic (of course), tomatoes
exercise: just bounce on a rebound trampoline or walking
anti crawly stuff:
Oil of Oragano 1-3 drops 2x daily
garlic 1 clove fully chewed 2x daily
1 teaspoon cloves (the spice) or as tea
pau de arco tea - go easy on this at first cause it 'draws out' toxins from the body.
Pro-biotic (eventually take this after eating the diet for a while)
