Andrea, I can't tolerate any fiber cleanser that I've tried to date. They work GREAT for the first few days, then stop me up and nothing seems to help. I use homozon, the granddaddy of the high oxygen cleansers, and do quite well with it. My next order will be barefoot's dewormer to start working on my parasites (his like Clark's but has some added herbs). Tweet
