Advice Someone please - Help!

I have just discovered this forum, incredible information, very helpful!
I don't know if anyone can advise, I have just discovered a couple, of what look like white worms around bottom area. I contacted my health care provider information service, and was told that I was possibly exaggerating what I saw. However, I did find 2 small thickish looking worms about 1 cm in length. I do not think that they were thread worms.
I live in the UK, and given my experience of trying to seek help today, I was stunned at being told that I was imagining things. Really quite hard to imagine why!

I did some internet research and discovered that Black-Walnut maybe effective, so I have purchased some.

I really just need some help and advice here, where do I start basically, I have done the right thing in buying some BW tincture?

Also I would add that I am currently taking tincture provided by a herbalist for other problem, it contains false unicorn, which I have read can be helpful in the fight against parasitic infections.

Please excuse my ignorance here, I have tried to do a little research today. Just slightly frantic as I have never found worms like this before, a little scared. I just need to try and find out if I am doing the right thing.

It scare me to think that parasties could be responsible for other health issues.
