I'm going through the same as you. I was on/off the candida strict diet of meat and low carb veg for the last 5 years. I finally realized that is not the answer. I think you have to keep cleansing until you're better. I'm expecting several flushes and kidney cleanses.
One thing that made a dramatic difference for me was starting to eat only at noon and at 6 and that is it. It was pretty much an overnight difference. I wasn't surprised it worked b/c I had noticed a couple times in the past that when I skipped a meal I felt better so I knew something was not right with my digestion. To be fair, I should add that I restarted digestive enzymes and HCL on my own at the same time so that could be contributing.
Do you have the key to health and the amazing liver cleanse ? If you get the key to health he as a daily schedule in there that outlines when you should eat and some other things such as when to sleep etc. I have been adopting them one by one. I really feel this is the answer.
