Some of us humans have the strange tendency to make foods more perfect than than nature has made them. The manupulation of food taht has taken place so far has already gravely disturbed the physiological and psychological balance of many people on earth. The imbalance created, though, has become a lesson that has the potential to awaken the masses to a better understanding of themselves and of nature itself.
I have great reservations about eating eggs, especially those produced in large chicken farms, laid by mostly sick and unhappy chicken. Heating eggs through cooking, frying, or boiling coagulates the protein, which makes it useless for the body anyhow. Adding omega 3 fats doesn't make threse aggs any better or useful. This is just another gimmick to sell more eggs.
