P&B shakes can be quite constipating. If the you have a stricture/ contraction in the colon area, colema or colonics can help you clear that. At the same time, what you put in the mouth and when you eat it affects the digestion tremendously. Avoid constipating foods suchas potatoes, pastas and other starch-packed foods (see my book The Key to Health And Rejuvenation (ener-chi.com) of Vata-increasing (=constipating foods). Juicy, cooked vegetables have a bowel-stimualting effect. Eating your main meal in the evening would congest your intestines, and so does staying up longer than 10pm.
