I was vegetarian myself for 6 years till I was 28 and developed C.F.S. I continued to be vegetarian until I was advised to start eating fish again for my body to repair itself. I did not get any strength from legumes and grains and gave up dairy due to intolerances. I did get better on fish plus cleansing. However, since then I have done and ates lots of other things which have set my health back.
It's just very scary when my cognitive functions start to suffer when I give up animal protein...I simply cannot function properly. I'm glad it works for you :)
