I do actually eat a lot of vegetarian meals like legumes and grains but feel that I need some fish, chicken or eggs every other day or so. I don't eat heavy meat as I find them hard to digest. Being vegetarian for me means eating dairy though I can't really tolerate too much but I am making my own kefir at the moment. At least if you do eat dairy, you're getting some vitamin B12.
I know that food absorption is greatly reduced when you are toxic and I am cleansing at the moment eg doing enemas. However I do get food cravings for example for nuts which are out of control sometimes and which end up setting me back! Yes, eating small portions is definitely what I need to do, but I do find this hard at times due to the cravings...I know cravings again are due to lack of absorption....a bit of a vicious circle really!!
Yes perhaps feeling worse is due to toxic release...if my cognitive symptoms weren't so bad I would take the risk but not so sure yet!
I hope your health improves in time...I'll read your messages to see how you're getting on! Curezone is great for this, being supportive and having people to relate to!!
