Very simple. For example: Cook broccoli, carrots, and zuccini; or cauliflower, celery, winter squash' or cabbage, asparagus and mushrooms; add a generous helping of spices, such as tumeric, cardamon, cumin, coriander, fennel, licorice powder, fenugreek, unrefined salt (rock or sea), coconut oil or unsalted butter, perhaps some coconut milk or cocunut cream, a small piece of vegeable cube; blend and you have a delicious freshly-prepared veggie soup that takes 5 minutes to prepare and 10-20 minutes to cook, especially if you use waterless cookware as you can find it on the Internet (cheapest place is, 15 piece-set, 9-ply, for less than $180). I have cooked with those types of cookware for 15 years, ideal for people with a busy schedule.
