I was all raw foods for the last two months and it only seemed to make things worse, espeically since I live in Michigan and it has been very cold. I am vegan and do not eat meat. I do get plenty of veggies, berries, legumes, and brown rice. I always cook with ginger and other masala spices like cinnamon, cumin, curry, and I consume a little cayenne pepper. I would like to think that I am getting a pretty varied diet. Hopefully Andreas will be able to point somehting out. Thanks for your input!
